1 Subject matter
These general conditions regulate the booking and rental of the holiday accommodations offered on the website http://www.costablancadreams.eu, owned by COSTABLANCA DREAMS HOLIDAY RENTALS SL (hereinafter referred to as “CostaBlancaDreams”.
2 Booking
2.1 Booking process
To make a booking, the user must complete the booking form available on the website. The booking will be confirmed via a confirmation email sent by CostaBlancaDreams.
2.2 Payments
A booking requires a payment of [X]% of the total rental amount as a deposit. The remaining balance must be paid [NUMBER] days before the arrival date.
Payments can be made by Card payment & Bank transfer
3.2.3 Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to info@costablancadreams.eu. Refund conditions are as follows:

From the booking date until 181 days before check-in: 30% of the total rent

From 180 days before check-in until 43 days before check-in: 50% of the total rent

From 42 days before check-in until 29 days before check-in: 90% of the total rent

From 28 days before until check-in: 100% of the total rent

No-show: 100% of the total rent
3 Arrival and Departure
3.1 Check-in
Check-in is possible from 5:00 PM on the day of arrival. If guests expect to arrive outside these hours, they must notify CostaBlancaDreams in advance.
3.2 Check-out
Check-out must take place before 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out without prior agreement may result in an additional charge.
4 Occupancy
4.1 Number of occupants
The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of persons specified in the booking. Additional guests are not permitted without prior consent of CostaBlancaDreams.
4.2 Rules of good conduct
Guests must respect rules of conduct and courtesy and avoid causing disturbance to neighbours. Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization.
5 Use of the Accommodation
5.1 Responsibility
Guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation in good condition and must immediately report any damage or malfunction.
5.2 Prohibitions
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Any illegal or dangerous activity is strictly forbidden.
6 Services Included
6.1 Included services
Unless otherwise specified in the booking, the rental price includes water, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
7 CostaBlancaDreams Liability
CostaBlancaDreams shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury suffered by guests during their stay, unless directly attributable to negligence on the part of CostaBlancaDreams.
In cases of force majeure (such as fire, flood, etc.) that prevent the use of the accommodation, CostaBlancaDreams undertakes to reimburse the full amount paid by the guests.
8 Data Protection
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal data provided will be processed by COSTABLANCA DREAMS HOLIDAY RENTALS SL for the purpose of managing bookings and stays. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
Spanish law applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Spain.
