Prepare delicious meals with ease using modern appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, ceramic hob with four burners and oven, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
On this floor are two bedrooms, both featuring air conditioning for your comfort. The first bedroom has a double bed (200×180) and direct access to the terrace, while the second bedroom also offers air conditioning and a double bed (200×160). There’s a spacious bathroom, complete with a toilet, bidet, corner bathtub, shower, and double sink. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board, as well as a separate guest toilet with a washbasin.
