This private holiday home suitable for 14 people in Calpe offers a world of beauty and tranquility. Would you like to enjoy each other’s company but also like privacy? Then you’ve come to the right place!
This villa is just what your family has been waiting to find for your next vacation! When you’re not building sandcastles down at the beach or sightseeing the area, kick back on one of the living room corner couch to watch your favorite movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV while WiFi (optical fiber) will keep you connected to work or with the home front. Air conditioning is available for cooling or heating.
The gourmet kitchen is where the magic happens. The kitchen boast beautiful granite countertops. You will love the fully equipped kitchen, to grab breakfast, a quick snack on the go, or to prepare your meals for the whole family.
When it’s time to turn in for the night, you’ll have seven bedrooms to take advantage, so everyone will have plenty of space and privacy during your stay. All seven bedrooms have wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
In the main house you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the first floor. The bedrooms have a double bed and the bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. On the ground floor you will find another bathroom with bath-shower combination, toilet and two sinks. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
The other 5 bedrooms can be reached separately from the outside but all adjoin the villa and all have a separate entrance. The 5 bedrooms are all furnished for 2 persons and all have their own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. These 5 bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning.
Guests of all ages will enjoy the large pool in the tropic garden which offers plenty of places to lay out in the warm Spanish sun. Whether you’re grilling a traditional Spanish barbecue, enjoying a game together under the patio or reading a book on the outside sofa, this outdoor space will really impress guests!
By nightfall, you’ll want to spend some time in the enclosed garden to gaze at the stars. The night sky will truly open up as little residential or city lights are visible in the area.
The private washer/dryer will take care of everyone’s laundry after a hot-weather hike or some fun beach day.
There is enough parking space on the private property.

Had a great break, company was always on hand to assist from needing an emergency dentist, to requesting a high chair which was delivered the next day by the villa owner. The owner was always available for advise on where to go.

Wij vonden de steentjes om het zwembad niet prettig lopen. Ook met kleine kindjes is dit niet handig.
En de bedden waren toch wel doorgezakt, vooral de bedden beneden (kamer 5) lag je echt in een kuil.

Algunas habitaciones son muy amplias, otras más pequeñas. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Menaje y cubertería abundantes. Dos neveras, lavavajillas... Bonita piscina y jardín cuidado. Buena barbacoa de gas (Weber, con tapa). La villa está, en resumen, muy bien, y tal como se refleja en las fotos. También muy buena comunicación con el equipo, que respondían rápidamente a todas nuestras dudas y preguntas. Check-in y check-out claro y bien organizado.
