The villa is spread across two floors and ideal for families. The top floor features a renovated and semi-open fully fitted kitchen. There’s a living room with panoramic views, a Smart TV, airconditioning and dining room also with amazing view.

The two bedrooms on this level are both equipped with airconditioning and wardrobe space. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There’s a separate modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The covered naya on this level offers stunning sunset views, creating an amazing dining experience.

Downstairs, there’s an independent living space. There’s a modern open kitchen that is fully equipped, a living room with sofa, TV, airconditioning and dining table. There are two bedrooms, both equipped with two single beds, airconditioning and wardrobe space. Finally, there’s a bathroom with a shower, two sinks and a toilet.

The outdoor area is perfect for summer evenings, with a spacious garden, a large private swimming pool, and an outdoor kitchen for barbecues.

Villa Aurora is a beautiful modern holiday home located in a sought-after area of Jávea on the Costa Blanca, perfectly positioned between Jávea Beach and Moraira. The villa is laid out entirely on one level and features induction air conditioning throughout the house for year-round comfort. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright and open living area filled with natural light thanks to the many large windows.
