The villa is laid out entirely on one level and features induction air conditioning throughout the house for year-round comfort. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright and open living area filled with natural light thanks to the many large windows. The living room is tastefully furnished with two comfortable sofas and a TV, and flows seamlessly into the dining area with seating for eight guests. This open space continues into the modern, open-plan kitchen, complete with a central island and fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle.
A hallway leads to the four well-appointed bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature double beds and each has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The remaining two bedrooms are fitted with two single beds and share a bathroom with a shower and sink, offering practical and comfortable accommodation for all guests.
Outside, Villa Aurora truly shines with its beautiful landscaped garden and large private swimming pool measuring 11 x 4.5 meters. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers for relaxing under the Spanish sun, as well as an outdoor shower. There is a pleasant outdoor dining area ideal for al fresco meals, complemented by a carbon barbecue for enjoyable evenings outdoors.
The villa offers free Wi-Fi throughout and private parking inside the gated property for two cars, along with ample free parking available on the street. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. And on the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. It is exactly the same on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds.
Villa Miro has a large garden around the villa which is completely fenced where you have several places to sit and relax and enjoy the day. A large private pool of 10 x 5 meters (can be heated, see below) where you can all enjoy some cooling during the hot summer days. There is also space to park your car safely on private property.
