Los Pitufos is a spacious holiday villa for up to 12 guests, located in the Maryvilla area of Calpe. Set on a hillside, the property boasts breathtaking panoramic views over the Calpe coastline, the iconic Peñón d’Ifach and the Oltamar mountain, creating a truly memorable Mediterranean setting.
The villa is spread over three levels. The top level welcomes you with a hallway leading directly to an impressive outdoor terrace with dining table, gas barbecue, Forge Adour grill, comfortable lounge area and stunning sea views. This level also features a double bedroom with air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet.
An internal staircase leads down to the main living area, where you’ll find a bright and comfortable lounge with large sofa, armchairs, Smart TV, air conditioning and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes two fridge-freezers, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A glazed dining area opens onto an outdoor terrace that leads directly to the pool area. The middle level also has two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two individual beds, sharing a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
On the lowest level, accessible from outside, there is a separate apartment ideal for added privacy. It offers a living and dining area and three bedrooms, including one large room with a double and single bed and ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and wardrobes.
The private pool area is designed for relaxation, with sun loungers, a lounge space, outdoor shower, toilet and spectacular sea views.
