The open concept is perfect for vacationing families who want to spend time together! The main level features a kitchen with prep island, breakfast and dining areas, and a comfortable living area with plenty of comfortable seating, free WiFi and a smart TV.
The open living space is located steps from the porch and pool deck, which offers easy acces to the pool. Complete with an array of dining and lounge seating plus a gas grill – perfect for outdoor entertainment and al fresco dining. Also enjoy the beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea!
On this level you will find the first bathroom and bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
The second level features an spacious master suite with a double bed, walk in closet air conditioning and a luxury bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet and sink. There are also 3 more bedrooms on this floor, all with double beds and air conditioning. In the hallway you will find a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
When you walk down into the garden you will find an extra apartment. It has a living room with a small kitchen. Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. And a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. There is a table tennis table and a football table here for extra fun!
For extra comfort you can use the washing machine! The gate opens with remote control and there is parking on private property. So Casa con Vista is the perfect vacation and will instantly become your home away from home!

Los Pitufos is a spacious holiday villa for up to 12 guests, located in the Maryvilla area of Calpe. Set on a hillside, the property boasts breathtaking panoramic views over the Calpe coastline, the iconic Peñón d’Ifach and the Oltamar mountain, creating a truly memorable Mediterranean setting.
The villa is spread over three levels. The top level welcomes you with a hallway leading directly to an impressive outdoor terrace with dining table, gas barbecue, Forge Adour grill, comfortable lounge area and stunning sea views. This level also features a double bedroom with air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet.
