The villa features two stylish bathrooms, both equipped with walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and towel radiator.

On the lower level, you'll find an open-plan kitchen that caters to your culinary desires. Complete with a Bosch oven and microwave, a 3-pit Ceramic cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Magimix Nespresso machine, and a laundry machine, this kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals during your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area with a table that comfortably seats eight guests.

The living room offers a plush sofa, a cozy chair, an LG Smart TV, and air-conditioning, ensuring that you can relax and unwind in style.

2: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
4: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
6: This accommodation is equipped with an alarm system. Its use is optional but provides extra security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, feel free to contact us!

Important information:
The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.

The upper floor features a stylish and inviting living room, decorated in bright Ibiza tones and fitted with large windows that flood the space with natural light. From both the living room and the adjoining spacious balcony, you can enjoy stunning sea views – a perfect spot to start your day with a coffee or wind down in the evening with a good glass of wine. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals – from a quick lunch to a full dinner.

This floor also houses two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. These rooms share a spacious and tastefully decorated bathroom with modern facilities.

On the lower floor, you’ll find a third spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a second bathroom. This floor features the same fresh and luxurious Ibiza-style finish and is also fully air-conditioned for a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year.
