Welcome to Casa Tres in Benissa-costa! The perfect place for family, friends, fun and a relaxing stay. This south-facing villa offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private pool. Moreover, it’s just a 10 minute walk away from the idyllic beach Cala Advocat.

Inside this lovely casa you will find a complete kitchen to cook your fresh meals. There’s a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, citrus press, induction 3-pit cooker. There’s a round table with seating for 4 and you can make your morning coffee with the Nespresso-Krups machine. 

Just a few steps down from the kitchen is the open living room with a comfortable 2-seat sofa, lounge chair, Smart TV and free Wi-Fi (optic fiber). Of course there is airconditioning for heating and cooling.

From the living room you have direct access to the private pool area. Cool down in the 6x3 pool, or relax and unwind in one of the lounge chairs. And you can grill the best meals on the gas-BBQ.

We find the two bedrooms down the hallway from the entrance. On our left is a bedroom with one double bed, open wardrobe, desk with two chairs and access to the garden. There’s an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and electric radiator.

The other bedroom is equipped with two single bed, a wardrobe and airconditioning. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

To fully enjoy your well-deserved holiday, the villa is equipped with a washing machine, private parking and the garden is completely fenced!

Casa at C is a charming south-facing holiday villa for up to four guests, offering two comfortable bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms and a large private swimming pool. Set across two individual levels, the villa is ideally located just a 3-minute drive from Cala Baladrar beach and less than 10 minutes from the centre of Moraira, making it an excellent base for enjoying the beaches, restaurants and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere of the Costa Blanca.

From the street, you enter directly into the bright and welcoming open-plan living and dining area. The dining space enjoys lovely views across the surrounding valley, while the comfortable lounge features a sofa, armchair, Smart TV and air conditioning. The villa also benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle, providing everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.

Also on this top level is the first bedroom, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe space and air conditioning. It has its own private ensuite bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The second bedroom is located on the lower level and is accessed via an external staircase; please note there is no internal staircase connecting the two floors. This bedroom also features a double bed, wardrobe space, air conditioning and a private ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, making it ideal for couples traveling together who appreciate a little extra privacy.

Outside, Casa at C truly comes into its own. The villa boasts a large 12 x 5 meter private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine. An outdoor kitchen and dining area makes al fresco meals easy and enjoyable, with a fridge, freezer, gas hob and gas barbecue, as well as a dining table for four.

With its south-facing position, generous outdoor space, private pool and excellent location close to Cala Baladrar and Moraira, Casa at C is the perfect choice for a relaxing Mediterranean getaway for couples, friends or a small family.
