The bathroom in the master bedroom has a bath / shower combination, toilet, bidet and sink. And the other bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The master bedroom has access to a terrace where you can take a generous bath like a real Roman god in complete privacy with a view over the Mediterranean sea!

We welcome you to La Vida Loca, a stunning villa in Moraira designed for a luxurious and unforgettable holiday. This amazing property, accommodating up to 12 guests across three floors, offers breathtaking sea views, a large private pool with a bar, and an outdoor kitchen. It is situated just 500 meters from a local supermarket and bakery, and a mere 5-minute drive from the picturesque Moraira and beaches. With 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, La Vida Loca offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility.
Step into the grand hallway that leads to an elegant dining area and an adjacent living room furnished with two comfortable sofas and a 75inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is next to the dining area and perfect for preparing delicious meals. The ground floor also offers one bedroom with a double bed (160x210), air conditioning and wardrobe. A separate bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet completes this level.
The spacious outside terrace offers stunning sea views and features an outdoor kitchen, and a dining table for 12. The private pool, which can be heated upon request (see conditions below), is surrounded by sunbeds and includes a pool bar with a fridge and a Broil King BBQ. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet behind the bar. In the garden and around the pool, you have lots of privacy. You can enjoy a game of petanque in the designated area just a few steps down from the pool. Additionally, in front of the house there is another gas BBQ, lounge set and table tennis for extra entertainment.
Back inside: the internal staircase in the villa goes to the top floor, where there are 3 bedrooms. A spacious master bedroom with a large double bed (200x210), Smart TV, air conditioning, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet. A second bedroom with a double bed (180x220), air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. This room also has two private balconies with stunning views. A third bedroom offers a double bed (160x210), air conditioning, and a built-in wardrobe. Finally, a separate bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet is located down the hall.
Via the internal staircase you can also go to the lowest level. Here you find two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (180x210), Smart TV, ceiling fan, and wardrobe space, and a second bedroom with two individual beds (90x210), ceiling fan, and wardrobe space. There’s a separate bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The house is a bit dated. The old flooring on the terrace inevitably leaves the house and pool dirty. The electrical system sometimes fails when it rains, and some of the lights are missing to provide adequate lighting throughout the house. Even when it rains, there's a strong sewage odor that makes staying there for extended periods uncomfortable. Accessing the house was a bit tricky with our car, but manageable. It's certainly a challenge for inexperienced drivers with large vehicles. A floor plan would have been beneficial given the complexity of this house. Depending on the family configuration, it could be difficult (kids' age vs. bedroom distance).

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, geschmackvoll und minimalistisch eingerichtet und die Lage ist herausragend. Erreichbarkeit und Möglichkeiten Dinge zu unternehmen ebenfalls. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 12 Personen, wir waren zu zehnt, was perfekt war. Ausstattung ist auf große Gruppen angelegt, Besteck, Geschirr und Kühlschränke sind ausreichend vorhanden. Einzig die Spülmaschine und der Backofen sind von der Leistung her etwas unterdurchschnittlich, aber das hat unserem Aufenthalt nichts abgetan. Es sind ausreichend Badezimmer vorhanden, es gibt genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten Innen und Außen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist einfach per Whats*app, Probleme oder Fragen werden direkt gelöst und beantwortet. Wir haben einen zehntägigen Fahrradurlaub an der Costa Blanca gemacht und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

What a spectacular location! The view is absolutely amazing and never gets old!! The villa is located at walking distance from Moraira where you can find many nice restaurants. From the villa you overlook the El Portet bay, also at walking distance. see more

From the villa you overlook the El Portet bay, also at walking distance. We stayed at the villa with a group of friends, both the house and location were great for us. There are many rooms and many bathrooms, towels are included. The pool area is perfect to hang out and relax, but there are also plenty of activities you can do in the area. Unfortunately, we did conclude the villa is a bit dated. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend it to families with kids. To give some examples There are tiles missing/broken in the pool. Most of the deck chairs had rips. The pool was dirty upon arrival. Most of the showers did not have hot water. Some bathrooms had a strong sewage smell…. All and all it feels like the house could use some TLC as the location is absolutely fabulous and we had a wonderful time!
