Villa Louisa is a stunning and modern semi-detached holiday villa in Moraira. It is perfectly situated just 600 meters from the nearest beach, bars and restaurants, and 900 meters from the charming town center. This beautiful home is ideal for families or friends, accommodating up to six people. It offers three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private pool for a relaxing and luxurious stay.
As you enter the villa, you’ll be welcomed by a lush garden that sets the tone for the tranquil outdoor space. Enjoy al fresco dining from the gas barbecue, unwind in various lounge areas, or take a refreshing dip in the private 8x4 meter pool, complete with an outdoor shower. The pool can also be heated on request (see details below). The terrace provides direct access to the spacious and bright living room, featuring two sofas, an armchair, and a TV for your entertainment.
Adjacent to the living area, an open patio with a dining table offers a perfect spot for meals in the fresh air. Alternatively, you can dine indoors next to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, freezer, cooking hob, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. The main level also includes a convenient guest toilet.
Upstairs, accessible via the internal staircase, are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a double bed, wardrobe space, and a private balcony with views of the neighborhood, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet. The other two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe, share a balcony and a modern bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
