Large windows flood the space with natural light and offer spectacular views of the valley. A comfortable sofa and TV create a cosy space to unwind, and the semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
Down the hallway, you’ll find 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious double bed (1.80 x 2.00), air conditioning, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The other two bedrooms, each have a double bed (one 1.80 x 2.00, the other 1.60 x 2.00), air conditioning, and a TV. They share a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The 4th bedroom can be found in the separate floor downstairs, and can only be reached from the outside. You’ll have direct access to the amazing pool area. There’s a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00), air conditioning and wardrobe space. The private bathroom with a double sink, shower, bathtub and toilet adds added convenience to this level.

This south-facing villa features a beautiful mediterranean garden with an 8x4 saltwater pool surrounded by sun beds and a cozy lounge area. Enjoy al fresco dining with a brick-built barbecue, a rustic bar, and a dining area in the open naya. For entertainment, there’s a petanque court, table soccer, ping pong table, and even a campfire area for evening gatherings.
Step inside to find a spacious living area with high ceilings and wooden beams. The dining table seats 8, and the adjacent living room offers two large sofas, a TV, and air conditioning.
