Situated on the coast of el Portet, Casa del Flamboyan is a beautiful six bedroom, five bathroom Spanish seafront villa. This all-season paradise is calling your name! Casa del Flamboyan offers the most spectacular “heart-racing” views in el Portet, Costa Blanca.
Inside the villa, generously sized interiors appointed in an elected mix of colonial, tropical, and contemporary design await you. With high beamed ceilings and cool tile floors, this hacienda style holiday villa provides guests with all the comfort and privacy needed to enjoy the ultimate peace of mind and tranquility, while worrying about the obligations of everyday life.
Enjoy spending an afternoon lounging in the living room, watching television its media-appointed area (TV Vlaanderen available) or hosting an elegant repast in the dining area. Open the windows to reveal an expansive terrace that offers the best of outdoor living. The living room has air conditioning with which you can heat and cool.
For those nights that you choose to dine inside, the fully-equipped and modern kitchen provides all the appliances necessary to make your culinary dreams come true. You may also choose to dine outside for al fresco meals taken by sunset or starlight. Here, a private pool awaits you to go for refreshing dips before drying off and enjoying an idyllic sun bath, and you will find yourself just steps away from the beautiful Playa el Portet. Two bedrooms are in the main house, the third and fourth are in the detached casita attached to the house and the fifth and sixth are in the detached casita in the garden. Each of these sleeping quarters features air conditioning to encourage a mild temperature when you are ready to relax from the day’s activities. The two bedrooms in the villa, both have a double bed, as well as an en-suite bath for privacy and convenience. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a bath / shower combination, toilet, bidet and sink. And the other bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The master bedroom has access to a terrace where you can take a generous bath like a real Roman god in complete privacy with a view over the Mediterranean sea!

We were 4 families. From 1 yr ok to 60’s. No one wanted to leave and we’re all missing being there. The views are breathtaking and everyone couldn’t get over this. Location was amazing. 5 mins walk to one beach. 15 mins walk to another and the town wsee more

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, geschmackvoll und minimalistisch eingerichtet und die Lage ist herausragend. Erreichbarkeit und Möglichkeiten Dinge zu unternehmen ebenfalls. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 12 Personen, wir waren zu zehnt, was perfekt war. Ausstattung ist auf große Gruppen angelegt, Besteck, Geschirr und Kühlschränke sind ausreichend vorhanden. Einzig die Spülmaschine und der Backofen sind von der Leistung her etwas unterdurchschnittlich, aber das hat unserem Aufenthalt nichts abgetan. Es sind ausreichend Badezimmer vorhanden, es gibt genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten Innen und Außen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist einfach per Whats*app, Probleme oder Fragen werden direkt gelöst und beantwortet. Wir haben einen zehntägigen Fahrradurlaub an der Costa Blanca gemacht und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

What a spectacular location! The view is absolutely amazing and never gets old!! The villa is located at walking distance from Moraira where you can find many nice restaurants. From the villa you overlook the El Portet bay, also at walking distance. see more
What a spectacular location! The view is absolutely amazing and never gets old!! The villa is located at walking distance from Moraira where you can find many nice restaurants. From the villa you overlook the El Portet bay, also at walking distance. We stayed at the villa with a group of friends, both the house and location were great for us. There are many rooms and many bathrooms, towels are included. The pool area is perfect to hang out and relax, but there are also plenty of activities you can do in the area. Unfortunately, we did conclude the villa is a bit dated. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend it to families with kids. To give some examples There are tiles missing/broken in the pool. Most of the deck chairs had rips. The pool was dirty upon arrival. Most of the showers did not have hot water. Some bathrooms had a strong sewage smell…. All and all it feels like the house could use some TLC as the location is absolutely fabulous and we had a wonderful time!
