This beautiful villa accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool, and breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Located just a 10-minute drive from the heart of Moraira and the nearest shops, you’ll have the perfect balance of serenity and convenience.

As you arrive, you’re greeted by a lush Mediterranean garden that leads directly to the pool area. The 8x4 meter private pool invites you for a refreshing dip, while sunbeds, sunshade, and an outdoor shower provide everything you need to relax under the sun.

The main living area is accessible via an external staircase, and the first thing you’ll notice is the lovely outdoor dining space. Here, you can enjoy meals with a view, prepared on the premium 'The Columbus' charcoal barbecue. Adjacent to this area, you’ll step inside to the spacious and airy living room and dining space. Large windows flood the space with natural light and offer spectacular views of the valley. A comfortable sofa and TV create a cosy space to unwind, and the semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

Down the hallway, you’ll find 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious double bed (1.80 x 2.00), air conditioning, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The other two bedrooms, each have a double bed (one 1.80 x 2.00, the other 1.60 x 2.00), air conditioning, and a TV. They share a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The 4th bedroom can be found in the separate floor downstairs, and can only be reached from the outside. You’ll have direct access to the amazing pool area. There’s a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00), air conditioning and wardrobe space. The private bathroom with a double sink, shower, bathtub and toilet adds added convenience to this level.

Outside you’ll discover several charming chill-out spots where you can lounge and soak up the tranquil atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and there is outdoor parking for two cars.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted.
3: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.
4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
5: This accommodation is equipped with an alarm system. Its use is optional but provides extra security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, feel free to contact us!

Important information:
The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.

This south-facing villa features a beautiful mediterranean garden with an 8x4 saltwater pool surrounded by sun beds and a cozy lounge area. Enjoy al fresco dining with a brick-built barbecue, a rustic bar, and a dining area in the open naya. For entertainment, there’s a petanque court, table soccer, ping pong table, and even a campfire area for evening gatherings.

Step inside to find a spacious living area with high ceilings and wooden beams. The dining table seats 8, and the adjacent living room offers two large sofas, a TV, and air conditioning. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and kettle.

Down the hall, you'll find three bedrooms. All with single beds that together can form king-size double beds. There is one with ensuite bathroom, and a separate bathroom serves the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms come with air conditioning and wardrobe space.

The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and can be reached via the outdoor staircase. It offers two single beds (also possible to form a king-size double bed), air conditioning, wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom. This floor also includes a solarium with sea views of Moraira and sunbeds for quiet seclusion or private sunbathing.

There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house and a large private driveway accommodating up to 5 vehicles.
