Arrive at the property via the private driveway. A few steps around the corner lead you to the inviting pool area, complete with a covered outdoor kitchen. Here, you’ll find a dining table for 10, a gas BBQ, fridge, coffee machine, and microwave—everything you need for delightful alfresco dining. The private pool (10x5 meters) is surrounded by comfortable sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the Spanish sun. There's an outdoor shower and guest toilet for extra convenience.

Spread over two levels, the villa showcases a delightful blend of modern amenities and Mediterranean charm. Step into the upper level of the villa, where you’ll be greeted by a spacious dining room offering beautiful views of the surroundings. The adjacent living room features a cozy 4-seat sofa, a comfortable armchair, a Smart TV and air conditioning, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The open-plan modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and dishwasher.

This level also features two stylish bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, and ample wardrobe space. There is one ensuite bathroom and one separate bathroom, both fitted with a shower, sink, and toilet for your convenience.

The internal staircase leads down to the lower level, where you’ll discover three additional bedrooms. The largest bedroom boasts a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and direct access to the garden. Another bedroom also features a double bed, air conditioning, and wardrobe space. The final bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, making it perfect for children. A separate bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet serves this floor.

The lower level also provides access to the garage, which houses a laundry machine, dryer and fridge. For added fun, there’s a football table.

The garden features a petanque court, table tennis, and a covered lounge area, providing more spaces for relaxation and enjoyment.
