This beautiful villa accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool, and breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Located just a 10-minute drive from the heart of Moraira and the nearest shops, you’ll have the perfect balance of serenity and convenience.
As you arrive, you’re greeted by a lush Mediterranean garden that leads directly to the pool area. The 8x4 meter private pool invites you for a refreshing dip, while sunbeds, sunshade, and an outdoor shower provide everything you need to relax under the sun.
The main living area is accessible via an external staircase, and the first thing you’ll notice is the lovely outdoor dining space. Here, you can enjoy meals with a view, prepared on the premium 'The Columbus' charcoal barbecue. Adjacent to this area, you’ll step inside to the spacious and airy living room and dining space. Large windows flood the space with natural light and offer spectacular views of the valley. A comfortable sofa and TV create a cosy space to unwind, and the semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
Down the hallway, you’ll find 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious double bed (1.80 x 2.00), air conditioning, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The other two bedrooms, each have a double bed (one 1.80 x 2.00, the other 1.60 x 2.00), air conditioning, and a TV. They share a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The 4th bedroom can be found in the separate floor downstairs, and can only be reached from the outside. You’ll have direct access to the amazing pool area. There’s a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00), air conditioning and wardrobe space. The private bathroom with a double sink, shower, bathtub and toilet adds added convenience to this level.
Outside you’ll discover several charming chill-out spots where you can lounge and soak up the tranquil atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and there is outdoor parking for two cars.
