Upstairs, the ‘Llobella’ apartment features an open-plan living area with high ceilings and large windows, bathed in natural light to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. A separate bathroom down the hall provides additional convenience, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Discover two extra living spaces downstairs, both equipped with air conditioning. The first private apartment, called ‘Pinets,’ offers a cozy living area with a kitchen, dining space, and two spacious bedrooms with double beds, wardrobe space and air conditioning. There is one bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The Pinets apartment can be connected to or closed off from the boutique-style ‘Bassettes’ studio. This space offers an intimate escape complete with a private living room, kitchenette, one bedroom, and a private bathroom.
The outdoor areas of The Joya are truly exceptional. Relax by the private pool (can be heated on request, see conditions below), surrounded by sun loungers, or take advantage of the shaded pergola for a leisurely afternoon siesta. 4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
5: This accommodation is equipped with an alarm system. Its use is optional but provides extra security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, feel free to contact us!
