Villa Louisa is a stunning and modern semi-detached holiday villa in Moraira. It is perfectly situated just 600 meters from the nearest beach, bars and restaurants, and 900 meters from the charming town center. This beautiful home is ideal for families or friends, accommodating up to six people. It offers three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private pool for a relaxing and luxurious stay.
As you enter the villa, you’ll be welcomed by a lush garden that sets the tone for the tranquil outdoor space. Enjoy al fresco dining from the gas barbecue, unwind in various lounge areas, or take a refreshing dip in the private 8x4 meter pool, complete with an outdoor shower. A renovation would suit the house. The performance of dishwasher is very poor. The cutlery is old and has a lot of stains and rust. The drain of the shower next to the pool was clogged. We would suggest as well to invest in new furniture in the veransee more
