Designed for outdoor living and relaxation, Villa Vista features a private 10x4 meter pool, comfortable sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The covered naya with a lounge area is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, and the gas barbecue makes outdoor cooking easy. The upper terrace offers fantastic sea views along with several seating areas and sunbeds.
Inside, the villa is divided over two levels. All rooms have air conditioning. The upper main level includes a bright and spacious living room, a dining area with beautiful sea views, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Dulce Gusto coffee machine. On this level, you will also find a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as an additional guest toilet.
The ground floor features a large living room and direct access to the pool terrace, a small kitchenette, and two bedrooms with double beds, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet. There is also an additional bedroom adjacent to the garage with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and sink (no shower).
For extra entertainment, the villa offers a table tennis table and a game room equipped with a dartboard, football table, and pool table. Private parking is available on the property.
