You’ll love watching your favorite movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV or playing board games with the family over the large dining table. The villa also comes with modern amenities like cable and free WiFi, so it’s easy to upload your photos to social media and make all your friends back home jealous. And last but not least, air conditioning for cooling and heating!
When night falls, fix a delicious homemade dinner in the spacious kitchen, which has been fully updated with modern appliances and cookware for your convenience, like a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Dulce Gusto machine. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and air conditioning for cooling and heating. In the hallway you will find large fitted wardrobes to neatly store all your belongings. The bathroom also has a modern walk-in shower with two sinks. You will find the toilet separately in the hallway.
“The apartment” of Villa Olivia can be reached via an outside staircase in the garden. This beautiful floor, just like the floor above, is equipped with everything you could wish for during your holiday. Only it is decorated in warm tones but also has a lot of natural light through the many and large windows.
Here you will also find a wonderful open living space. A great fully equipped modern kitchen with Senseo coffee machine. A sofa that can also serve as a comfortable sofa bed, TV, WiFi and air conditioning.
Two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, lounge chair, air conditioning and has its own access to the garden. The other bedroom has a bunk bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
The spacious bathroom also has a nice walk-in shower and two sinks. The toilet can be found next to the bathroom in a separate room.

This private, traditionally Spanish holiday villa Olga is wonderfully positioned in Carrio, a relaxed urbanization in Calpe. If you are looking for a well located rental, yet also quiet, then this Villa is a wonderful choice.
Villa Olga offers a spacious living space presenting the cozy atmosphere of Spain. Relax on the couch or read the newspaper in one of the two seats. Enjoy the Spanish outdoors all year round. However, it can get a bit chilly in the evening in the winter. Then all come together and put an extra log in the fireplace.
Furthermore, the villa is equipped with all comforts such as free Wi-Fi Internet, a flat-screen satellite TV with TV Vlaanderen, an air conditioning and 8 seater dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances including a refrigerator with freezer, hob, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher etc.
The first two bedrooms and a bathroom can be found in the villa. One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a built-in wardrobe. The other bedroom has 1 double bed and a sofa-bed so this bedroom can accommodate 4 people. This bedroom also has air conditioning. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
The other two bedrooms and bathroom are adjacent to the house but can be reached via the covered terrace. The modern master bedroom has a double bed, Ibiza style wardrobe, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. In this bathroom you will find a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Adjacent to this bedroom you will find another room with a sofa. This is a sofa bed suitable for two people.
For a totally relaxing holiday come inside, close the door, and let your mind wander off on any of the day beds and lounge around the pool and drink your favorite cocktails and cool off. The pool can be heated on request (see information below).

Villa Los Pinos is a charming and well-located holiday villa in Calpe, perfect for families or groups of up to 10 guests. With 4 bedrooms, a private pool, and just a 10-minute walk to La Fossa Beach, you’ll enjoy the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. The lively boulevard, with its wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops, is right at your fingertips.
The villa is spread over two separate levels, offering both space and privacy. Downstairs, you’ll find a living room with two sofas and Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and kettle—everything you need to prepare meals at home.
