This private, traditionally Spanish holiday villa Olga is wonderfully positioned in Carrio, a relaxed urbanization in Calpe. If you are looking for a well located rental, yet also quiet, then this Villa is a wonderful choice.

Villa Olga offers a spacious living space presenting the cozy atmosphere of Spain. Relax on the couch or read the newspaper in one of the two seats. Enjoy the Spanish outdoors all year round. However, it can get a bit chilly in the evening in the winter. Then all come together and put an extra log in the fireplace.

Furthermore, the villa is equipped with all comforts such as free Wi-Fi Internet, a flat-screen satellite TV with TV Vlaanderen, an air conditioning and 8 seater dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances including a refrigerator with freezer, hob, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher etc.

The first two bedrooms and a bathroom can be found in the villa. One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a built-in wardrobe. The other bedroom has 1 double bed and a sofa-bed so this bedroom can accommodate 4 people. This bedroom also has air conditioning. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

The other two bedrooms and bathroom are adjacent to the house but can be reached via the covered terrace. The modern master bedroom has a double bed, Ibiza style wardrobe, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. In this bathroom you will find a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Adjacent to this bedroom you will find another room with a sofa. This is a sofa bed suitable for two people.

For a totally relaxing holiday come inside, close the door, and let your mind wander off on any of the day beds and lounge around the pool and drink your favorite cocktails and cool off. The pool can be heated on request (see information below).

And that’s not all. Enjoy the long summer evenings together while you grill fresh fish and delicious meats on the barbecue in the outdoor kitchen.

To make your holiday as comfortable as possible, you can use the washing machine, there is ample parking space on the private property for several cars. And you can also enjoy the roof terrace.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

Pool heating:
The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we switch on the pump for you.

Casa Narciso – located in a quiet urbanization but not too far from the town and beach of Calpe. Comfortable, cozy and cute inside and so much fun outside – private pool, lots of space to entertain and play and a dining area to enjoy fresh Mediterranean seafood and ice cold watermelon.

Upstairs, the villa is made up of a living area with direct access to the pool. You can have privacy in the lounge area or share with others in the TV room area which both is adjacent to the dining room. Of course, free high-speed WiFi (fiber optic) is available to allow you to connect with the world with ease. If you plan to save and do some meals at home, this fully-equipped kitchen is the perfect spot!

You will also find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, walk-in shower and has a sliding glass door with access to the garden/pool. The bathroom en-suite has two sinks, toilet, bathtub and a separate shower.

There are also two more bedrooms, one with a double bed with an adjoining room with two single beds and a wardrobe. And the other bedroom has a small double bed with wardrobe. In the hallway you will find a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Step out the villa onto the shaded deck to enjoy lunch before stepping down into the pool area for some fun in the sun. Enjoy the outdoor living with amazing views of the mountains! And to complete the evening, prepare a delicious cocktail while your meat is cooking on the gas barbecue!

But it doesn’t end with all this. The villa has a full apartment downstairs. The apartment has a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. One bedroom with a double bed. And a living/dining room. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a sofa bed. Moreover, it is an ideal place to work from home.

Nevertheless to know. In Casa Narciso there is a washing machine and dryer, enough parking space for several cars. And the entire villa is rented out, so including the apartment. So you can enjoy everything the Costa Blanca has to offer in privacy with your own company. Please note that you always have to use stairs to get to the villa and the pool.
