Tonella, this beautiful home affords guests ultimate privacy. Enjoy sea views, sunsets and star gazing while soaking in your private swimming pool (approx. 8×5 m). Comfortable, cozy decorated four bedroom home is perfect for a friendly gathering, romantic get-a-way, or family vacation.
The family room has a heater surrounded by cushy sofa. View TV with Dutch channels added! You will also find a stereo (radio / CD) and a dining area in the living room. The living room features ‘quiet’ area along with several books to enjoy. From this space you have direct access to a cozy balcony that leads to the pool and the outdoor patio.
We offer free access to the internet, surf the web, check email, upload photos, keep in touch with friends, family or the office from anywhere in the house, out on the patio or balcony, or even bye the pool. It’s easy to use and available to you as our guest.
Fully appointed, the kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave a dishwasher etc.
The master suite on the this floor offers a large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath tube, toilet and a double sink. On this floor there is another small bedroom with a bunk bed.
There are two bedrooms upstairs. One has a double bed. The other bedroom has two single beds which is perfect for families with children. The bathroom in the hallway has a shower / bath combination, toilet and sink. In the hallway you will find the doors that lead to the lovely balcony with a beautiful view over Calpe and the Mediterranean Sea.
Spend your evenings on the screened porch enjoying the silence, reading a book, playing cards or just having fun. Or relax and enjoy a nice barbecue. Because the porch is equipped with a gas barbecue and a large countertop.
And to complete your holiday in Tonella, you have your own parking space and the villa is located in a dead end street. There is a garage with a table tennis table, washing machine and dryer. And the entire house has central heating and the 4 bedrooms have air conditioning.

De elektriciteit op de beneden verdiepen valt gemakkelijk uit (vaatwasser en airco tegelijk aan bv). Gemakkelijk terug te zetten maar zou misschien een zwaardere groep in moeten om dit te voorkomen.
