This private, traditionally Spanish holiday villa Olga is wonderfully positioned in Carrio, a relaxed urbanization in Calpe. If you are looking for a well located rental, yet also quiet, then this Villa is a wonderful choice.

Villa Olga offers a spacious living space presenting the cozy atmosphere of Spain. Relax on the couch or read the newspaper in one of the two seats. Enjoy the Spanish outdoors all year round. However, it can get a bit chilly in the evening in the winter. Then all come together and put an extra log in the fireplace.

Furthermore, the villa is equipped with all comforts such as free Wi-Fi Internet, a flat-screen satellite TV with TV Vlaanderen, an air conditioning and 8 seater dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances including a refrigerator with freezer, hob, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher etc.

The first two bedrooms and a bathroom can be found in the villa. One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a built-in wardrobe. The other bedroom has 1 double bed and a sofa-bed so this bedroom can accommodate 4 people. This bedroom also has air conditioning. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

The other two bedrooms and bathroom are adjacent to the house but can be reached via the covered terrace. The modern master bedroom has a double bed, Ibiza style wardrobe, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. In this bathroom you will find a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Adjacent to this bedroom you will find another room with a sofa. This is a sofa bed suitable for two people.

For a totally relaxing holiday come inside, close the door, and let your mind wander off on any of the day beds and lounge around the pool and drink your favorite cocktails and cool off. The pool can be heated on request (see information below).

And that’s not all. Enjoy the long summer evenings together while you grill fresh fish and delicious meats on the barbecue in the outdoor kitchen.

To make your holiday as comfortable as possible, you can use the washing machine, there is ample parking space on the private property for several cars. And you can also enjoy the roof terrace.

Pool heating:
The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we switch on the pump for you.

This modern, stylish Mediterranean-feel 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday villa; Casa Fernando, accommodating a maximum of 10 guests is ideal for families or groups wanting to kick back for a quiet holiday and relax by your own sparkling pool which is surrounded by landscaped garden providing privacy and tranquillity.

You’ll find the open plan kitchen, living and dining enjoys a seamless connection to the outdoors and a lush outlook. The living room has seating for all guests, providing an intimate and laid-back setting. The calming atmosphere stretches to the modern kitchen and dining area where ease of living and comfort rule. You’ll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, including all the appliances.

This home offers (optical fiber) wireless internet and a smart TV. The vacation villa can completely air-conditioned in the summer months and heated in the winter.

To make the most of your breathtaking location, move outdoors where a private atmosphere awaits. As the kids swim in the large pool, you can take time out in one of the sitting or lying corners in the garden. When it’s time for dinner, the outdoor entertaining area offers ample seating and a BBQ, and as the night wears on, the outdoor lounge is a comfortable option. On request it is possible to heat the pool!

Guests have 5 bedrooms to choose from at the end of their magical vacation day. The first bedroom is on the ground floor. This room has two single beds and a wardrobe. In the hallway you will immediately find the first bathroom. Here you can take a refreshing shower in the walk-in shower. With the stairs you go up where you immediately enter a room that is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. This is where the other three bedrooms adjoin. Two bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe, these rooms also have access to the balcony. The other bedroom is a children’s room. Here are two smaller single beds. The bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

The fifth bedroom can be found in the garden, adjacent to the house. This bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.

On the property you have enough space to park your car, the garden is completely fenced and a washing machine is available to keep your luggage light. So come and relax by the private pool or spend your days exploring the beaches, mountains and picturesque villages of the Costa Blanca!

This is a private accommodation so there are no common areas.
