The outdoor area is perfectly designed for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle to the fullest. At the heart of the garden lies the private saltwater pool (10 x 3.5 meters), complemented by a convenient outdoor bathroom, creating a peaceful and inviting setting for both relaxation and socializing. The pool can also be heated (see details below) and features a safety fence, making it especially suitable for families with young children.
Inside, the villa offers a bright and comfortable living space with air conditioning (hot and cold air), a Smart TV and comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with a large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove, l’Or coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to provide both comfort and practicality. There are two well-appointed bedrooms with double beds, each featuring air conditioning and ample wardrobe space, while one of them benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and also air conditioning. A second, separate bathroom is also available, equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, ensuring convenience for all guests.
Casa La Paloma also provides free Wi-Fi and ample private parking, ensuring a hassle-free stay from start to finish. Pool heating:
The salt-water pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 1st. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.

3. The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
4. You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
5. To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
