At the heart of the garden lies the private saltwater pool (10 x 3.5 meters), complemented by a convenient outdoor bathroom, creating a peaceful and inviting setting for both relaxation and socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with a large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove, l’Or coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher.

3. The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
4. You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
5. To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
