Welcome to Casa Hella, a place where Mediterranean charm and modern comfort come together. As soon as you arrive, you can park effortlessly on the spacious, flat grounds and immediately feel the sense of peace this villa radiates. From the very first step onto the terrace, you are treated to breathtaking views of the sea and the iconic Peñón de Ifach.
The villa itself invites you to spend time together. In the spacious, air‑conditioned living room there is plenty of space for eight people, and the large Smart TV sets the tone for cozy movie nights. There are no less than two kitchens: one indoors and one semi‑outdoors, perfect for summer dinners and long evenings with a good glass of wine.
The villa is spread out over three levels and offers four fully air‑conditioned bedrooms. In the loft you will find a bright bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony, ideal for enjoying the morning views. On the main floor there is a welcoming double bedroom with a private toilet and sink, next to a second room with two single beds. These two rooms share a spacious bathroom.
Separate from the main house you’ll find the charming Ibiza Suite, complete with its own bathroom, a cozy bar, a covered terrace with a small kitchen, and a private patio.
Outside, you can truly enjoy Mediterranean living. There are both covered and open terraces, perfect for admiring both the sunrise and the sunset. On the pool level you will find two showers (one with both hot and cold water) and a toilet, all enclosed by walls for maximum privacy. Unwind on the outdoor bed or one of the sun loungers – there is more than enough space for everyone.
Of course, the villa is equipped with high‑speed internet and a Weber BBQ set, so you can enjoy a wonderful holiday in complete comfort.

Casa Azul is a beautiful holiday villa in Calpe, the heart of the Costa Blanca. It is located just 900 meters from the beach and city center of Calpe. With a total of 3 bedrooms the villa accommodates up to 6 guests, making it the ideal house for a unforgettable stay with your family and friends!
On the top level, we find a living room with two sofas, a TV, air conditioning and a dining table. Adjacent is the kitchen, with fridge, freezer, oven, electric cooker, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher.
There is a total of 3 bedrooms in the villa. On the top level is a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. There’s a separate large bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink and toilet.
On the lower level is a small apartment with one bedroom with double bed, airconditioning and fitted wardrobe. It has an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Adjacent is a bedroom with bunk bed. There’s a small kitchen with fridge, 2-pit cooker, microwave and dishwasher.
Outside is the beautiful garden with several lounge areas, a BBQ area and a large 8 x 4 private pool. You can soak up the sun all day, or go and explore Calpe and all it has to offer.
To make your holiday as carefree as possible there is private parking space.
