You’ll find the open plan kitchen, living and dining enjoys a seamless connection to the outdoors and a lush outlook. The living room has seating for all guests, providing an intimate and laid-back setting. The calming atmosphere stretches to the modern kitchen and dining area where ease of living and comfort rule. You’ll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, including all the appliances.

This home offers (optical fiber) wireless internet and a smart TV. The vacation villa can completely air-conditioned in the summer months and heated in the winter.

To make the most of your breathtaking location, move outdoors where a private atmosphere awaits. As the kids swim in the large pool, you can take time out in one of the sitting or lying corners in the garden. When it’s time for dinner, the outdoor entertaining area offers ample seating and a BBQ, and as the night wears on, the outdoor lounge is a comfortable option. On request it is possible to heat the pool!

Guests have 5 bedrooms to choose from at the end of their magical vacation day. The first bedroom is on the ground floor. This room has two single beds and a wardrobe. In the hallway you will immediately find the first bathroom. Here you can take a refreshing shower in the walk-in shower. With the stairs you go up where you immediately enter a room that is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. This is where the other three bedrooms adjoin. Two bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe, these rooms also have access to the balcony. The other bedroom is a children’s room. Here are two smaller single beds. The bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

The fifth bedroom can be found in the garden, adjacent to the house. This bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.

On the property you have enough space to park your car, the garden is completely fenced and a washing machine is available to keep your luggage light. So come and relax by the private pool or spend your days exploring the beaches, mountains and picturesque villages of the Costa Blanca!

This is a private accommodation so there are no common areas.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 10 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
3: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.
4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
5: This accommodation is equipped with an alarm system. Its use is optional but provides extra security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, feel free to contact us!
6: The fifth bedroom can be reached separately from the outside and has a separate entrance.

The villa also comes with modern amenities like cable and free WiFi, so it’s easy to upload your photos to social media and make all your friends back home jealous. And last but not least, air conditioning for cooling and heating!

When night falls, fix a delicious homemade dinner in the spacious kitchen, which has been fully updated with modern appliances and cookware for your convenience, like a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Dulce Gusto machine. Settle in at the dining room table for a formal meal, or head out to the patio, where you can enjoy the magnificent evening colors as you dine.

Off the living room, you’ll find three bedrooms. The first offers a king-size bed with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning for cooling and heating, a mounted flatscreen TV and bathroom ensuite. The bathroom is equipped with a modern walk-in shower, two sinks and a toilet.

In the hallway you will find the other two bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, air conditioning for cooling and heating and a mounted flatscreen TV. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and air conditioning for cooling and heating. In the hallway you will find large fitted wardrobes to neatly store all your belongings. The bathroom also has a modern walk-in shower with two sinks. You will find the toilet separately in the hallway.

“The apartment” of Villa Olivia can be reached via an outside staircase in the garden. This beautiful floor, just like the floor above, is equipped with everything you could wish for during your holiday. Only it is decorated in warm tones but also has a lot of natural light through the many and large windows.

Here you will also find a wonderful open living space. A great fully equipped modern kitchen with Senseo coffee machine. A sofa that can also serve as a comfortable sofa bed, TV, WiFi and air conditioning.

Two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, lounge chair, air conditioning and has its own access to the garden. The other bedroom has a bunk bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

The spacious bathroom also has a nice walk-in shower and two sinks. The toilet can be found next to the bathroom in a separate room.
