Welcome to Casa Hella, a place where Mediterranean charm and modern comfort come together. As soon as you arrive, you can park effortlessly on the spacious, flat grounds and immediately feel the sense of peace this villa radiates. From the very first step onto the terrace, you are treated to breathtaking views of the sea and the iconic Peñón de Ifach.
The villa itself invites you to spend time together. In the spacious, air‑conditioned living room there is plenty of space for eight people, and the large Smart TV sets the tone for cozy movie nights. There are no less than two kitchens: one indoors and one semi‑outdoors, perfect for summer dinners and long evenings with a good glass of wine.
The villa is spread out over three levels and offers four fully air‑conditioned bedrooms. In the loft you will find a bright bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony, ideal for enjoying the morning views. On the main floor there is a welcoming double bedroom with a private toilet and sink, next to a second room with two single beds. These two rooms share a spacious bathroom.
Separate from the main house you’ll find the charming Ibiza Suite, complete with its own bathroom, a cozy bar, a covered terrace with a small kitchen, and a private patio.
Outside, you can truly enjoy Mediterranean living. There are both covered and open terraces, perfect for admiring both the sunrise and the sunset. On the pool level you will find two showers (one with both hot and cold water) and a toilet, all enclosed by walls for maximum privacy. Unwind on the outdoor bed or one of the sun loungers – there is more than enough space for everyone.
