We welcome you to Villa Paraguana! An amazing holiday home on the Cumbre del Sol, nestled between the charming towns of Moraira and Javea. Boasting 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this villa accommodates up to nine guests. And closeby, you’ll find the beautiful beach of Cala del Moraig, making it the perfect retreat for those seeking a tranquil and peaceful holiday.
Step into the villa and be greeted by an inviting open living and dining area. There’s a comfortable sofa, smart TV, dining table and airconditioning.
Adjacent to the living area, you’ll find a separate, fully equipped kitchen that caters to all your culinary needs. It boasts modern appliances including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, 3-pit electric cooker, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto and Senseo coffee machines, kettle, toaster, citrus press, blender, and dishwasher.
On this level, there is also a charming bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. There’s a separate bathroom with shower.
Go downstairs via the elevator, or via the external staircase, and find the second spacious bedroom, with double bed and stunning sea views. It has an ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as two small private balconies. Ascend a few steps to find the third bedroom, furnished with a double bed and air conditioning. Connected to this room is the fourth bedroom with one single bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The fifth bedroom is in the charming studio outside the main villa (several steps involved). There’s a double bed, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Outside, a sunny and expansive terrace awaits you, where you can bask in the Mediterranean sun and take in the breathtaking views. Take a dip in the inviting 8×4 private pool or watch your little ones splash around in the adjacent kids’ pool (2.5 x 2.5). The outdoor kitchen has a gas BBQ, fridge, dishwasher, and hob. Tolle Lage mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf das Meer.
Außen- und Innenküche bestens ausgestattet (Super Gasgrill!)
Sehr ruhig und privat.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Tolle Lage mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf das Meer.
Außen- und Innenküche bestens ausgestattet (Super Gasgrill!) Sehr ruhig und privat. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Toller Strand in der nähe allerdings nur zu fuß erreichbar und einige Höhenmeter zu überwinden. Schöne Wanderwege mit toller Aussicht. Sehr schöne Poolterrasse mit angrenzender überdachter und abschließbarer Außenküche mit schattigem Essbereich. Schwierig für Leute mit Gehbehinderung da Haus am Hang und viele Stufen im Außenbereich da alles schön terrassenartig angelegt. Die zwei Etagen im Haus sind dafür mit einem Fahrstuhl verbunden. Das separate Schlafzimmer im unteren Bereich ist sehr schön gestaltet mit dem Naturfelsen als Wand im Bad allerdings nur durch mehrere größere Stufen über den Außenbereich erreichbar. Hier sollte man trittsicher und schwindelfrei sein Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Total unkompliziertes und Ein- und Auschecken! |
