Ideally located less than a five-minute drive from the beautiful Cala Baladrar beach and a large supermarket, it offers both convenience and a relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere.
The villa is set within a beautifully maintained garden, where you’ll find several inviting seating and lounge areas designed for enjoying the sunshine or unwinding in the shade. An outdoor dining space with a charcoal barbecue makes al fresco meals a delight, while on the lower level of the plot, a private round swimming pool awaits, complete with sun loungers and an outdoor shower for refreshing dips throughout the day.

We had four faboulous days at Villa Colina , we loved the decoration and all the amenities of the house ! The pool is so nice!,and the bbq a big plus for us , it’s close to a very nice beach , chiringuito and supermarket !! Perfect
