Escape the hustle and bustle of life to this large, luxury villa Montemar in Benissa. Stunning new build villa furnished to the highest standard. All facilities needed for your wel deserved holiday! This 5 bedroom and 4 bath villa has lots of space to relax and have fun.
In Villa Montemar, the ground floor is a very open luxury living room with kitchen in the same room. Together with a table on the side where you can sit down and have a lovely meal with your family. Or relax in the wonderful spacious lounge where you can enjoy a wood-burning stove.
The beautiful kitchen, which overlooks the swimming pool, is fully furnished and equipped with all luxury Bosch equipment.
The bedrooms are equipped with luxury 2 single Auping beds, the bathrooms are all equipped with a large sink, walk-in shower and toilet. The master bathroom also has a large bathtub. You will find one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor as well as a guest toilet and the other 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper floor.
If you go outside, you will pass two 6 seat tables, the lounge sofa and sun beds out to the swimming pool which is in function 365 days/year. You can also barbecue out here. Furthermore, the outside area is planned with a spacious garden and free parking spots and a large garden with difference fruit trees and an outside bathroom with toilet and sink.
The sparkling, (heated) swimming pool with cover and with a low lying area which you can enjoy almost all year long is the perfect place to stay cool in the summer and have fun. Are you coming in the spring or autumn? Don't forget to bring your swimming gear, because the heated swimming pool gives you extra pleasure during the colder days.
For extra enjoyment during your holiday there is a washing machine, free WIFI and TV Vlaanderen (Belgian channels) available. Air conditioning can be operated separately in all rooms.
