Kick off your shoes and relax. Because you made it! We want to cordially welcome you to Villa Etro, a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom villa in Benissa Costa. The home comes fully furnished with every essential amenity that can be expected of a home.

A fabulous Spanish renovated home. The perfect place for a family vacation or a dream getaway with friends. The house is divided into two floors, which can be reached by an internal staircase.

After a long day exploring the Costa Blanca, you can come home to relax in the amazing distinctive design back yard with kitchen and BBQ grill, private saltwater swimming pool (10x5) and outside shower. You even have the option to have the pool heated (see conditions below).

On the top floor you will find two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchen. The open living, dining area, and kitchen area of modern design with ample seating, a smart TV and free WIFI (fiber) and are a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday. For our culinary guests, the modern kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, a refrigerator & freezer and a breakfast bar.

Both bedrooms are cosily furnished and one time equipped with 1 double bed and in the other bedroom 2 single beds, air conditioning for cooling and heating and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is located in the hallway and is equipped with a rain shower, toilet and sink.

When you take the stairs down you will enter the third bedroom. Both bedrooms on this floor are, just like upstairs, comfortably furnished with a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. Also, this bathroom is located in the hallway and is equipped with a rain shower, toilet and sink.

And then you will find a kitchen with sufficient counter space and built-in appliances where you can prepare the most delicious meals!

To top it all off, the villa has a washer/dryer, outside toilet, parking and central heating throughout the house. Moreover, the villa is eco-friendly and powered by regenerative energy through solar panels, dual heat pumps and has a water filtration system for a sustainable stay. In short, Villa Etro is a great choice for your next holiday in the Costa Blanca.

Pool heating:
The saltwater pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 1st. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
