Description
Designed for relaxed Mediterranean living, the exterior offers a true private paradise with a sparkling pool that can be heated upon request (see conditions below). It is surrounded by sun loungers and a shaded outdoor kitchen complete with a ‘The Bastard’ barbecue, sink and fridge—perfect for long summer evenings spent dining al fresco.
Inside, the villa is spread across two bright levels. There is air conditioning in all rooms to ensure comfort throughout your stay. The main floor (upstairs) features a tastefully decorated living area with a stylish double-sided sofa, Smart TV and an inviting dining space. This floor also offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need—fridge, freezer, cooking hob, oven, microwave, toaster and a coffee machine. There is a guest toilet down the hall. Along the hallway are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and its own ensuite bathroom with shower and sink. And another bedroom with two single beds served by a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The lower level hosts a welcoming guest apartment, ideal for families or friends travelling together. It offers a cozy living area with a dining table, a practical kitchen with an induction hob, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. Down the hall are two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—both with their own modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The villa provides free Wi-Fi throughout, private parking for two cars and plenty of additional street parking. A supermarket is less than five minutes away, and the excellent location allows you to explore nearby towns with ease: just ten minutes to Calpe and twenty-five minutes to Jávea. La Paloma is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, style and a touch of Mediterranean magic.
Pool heating:
The pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 1st. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
