Each bedroom has a double bed, air-conditioning, central heating, and fitted wardrobes. The spacious master bedroom also has a private balcony, where you can wake up to breathtaking views.

The villa features two stylish bathrooms, both equipped with walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and towel radiator.

On the lower level, you'll find an open-plan kitchen that caters to your culinary desires. Complete with a Bosch oven and microwave, a 3-pit Ceramic cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Magimix Nespresso machine, and a laundry machine, this kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals during your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area with a table that comfortably seats eight guests.

The living room offers a plush sofa, a cozy chair, an LG Smart TV, and air-conditioning, ensuring that you can relax and unwind in style.

The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.

Villa Orquidia is a charming holiday home nestled in the peaceful area of Benissa Costa, perfectly suited for up to six guests. Ideally located less than a five-minute drive from the beautiful Cala Baladrar beach and a large supermarket, it offers both convenience and a relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere.

The villa is set within a beautifully maintained garden, where you’ll find several inviting seating and lounge areas designed for enjoying the sunshine or unwinding in the shade. An outdoor dining space with a charcoal barbecue makes al fresco meals a delight, while on the lower level of the plot, a private round swimming pool awaits, complete with sun loungers and an outdoor shower for refreshing dips throughout the day.

The house is distributed over two separate floors, offering privacy and comfort. From the street, stairs lead you down to the entrance on the upper level, where you step into a bright glazed naya with large windows that provide lovely views over the garden and surrounding neighborhood. This welcoming space flows into the living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, and a dining area. To the left, a hallway leads to a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, and toaster.

On this level, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a wardrobe (no air conditioning), and another bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, and air conditioning. A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet completes the upper floor.

Downstairs, a separate studio provides additional privacy, featuring a double bed, air conditioning, a fridge, and a Nespresso machine, along with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower, bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet.

Villa Orquidia also offers free Wi-Fi and a private parking space under the carport, with additional free parking available on the quiet street. Its excellent location places you within a short drive of the towns of Moraira and Calpe, making it an ideal base for a relaxing and memorable Costa Blanca getaway.
