The 8x4-meter pool is surrounded by sunbeds and a dining space, making it the ideal spot to lounge in the sun, enjoy meals al fresco, and take in the scenic views over the valley. In addition, the pool can be heated upon request, see conditions below. A few more steps lead you to another outdoor dining area, equipped with a gas barbecue for grilling up delicious meals under the Spanish sky.
Inside, the villa's main level opens into a dining area that flows into the cozy living room, featuring several seatings, a Smart TV for entertainment, and air conditioning for comfort. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with amenities including a fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and both a Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machine—perfect for preparing meals and snacks.
The villa's layout offers flexibility with bedrooms on both levels. On the lower floor, you'll find two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, wardrobe space, and ceiling fans (no air conditioning). Kick off your shoes and relax. Because you made it! We want to cordially welcome you to Villa Etro, a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom villa in Benissa Costa. The home comes fully furnished with every essential amenity that can be expected of a home.
A fabulous Spanish renovated home. The perfect place for a family vacation or a dream getaway with friends. The house is divided into two floors, which can be reached by an internal staircase.
After a long day exploring the Costa Blanca, you can come home to relax in the amazing distinctive design back yard with kitchen and BBQ grill, private saltwater swimming pool (10x5) and outside shower. You even have the option to have the pool heated (see conditions below).
On the top floor you will find two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchen. The open living, dining area, and kitchen area of modern design with ample seating, a smart TV and free WIFI (fiber) and are a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday. For our culinary guests, the modern kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, a refrigerator & freezer and a breakfast bar.
Both bedrooms are cosily furnished and one time equipped with 1 double bed and in the other bedroom 2 single beds, air conditioning for cooling and heating and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is located in the hallway and is equipped with a rain shower, toilet and sink.
When you take the stairs down you will enter the third bedroom. Both bedrooms on this floor are, just like upstairs, comfortably furnished with a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. Also, this bathroom is located in the hallway and is equipped with a rain shower, toilet and sink.
And then you will find a kitchen with sufficient counter space and built-in appliances where you can prepare the most delicious meals!
To top it all off, the villa has a washer/dryer, outside toilet, parking and central heating throughout the house. We enter the villa in the bright and open living space with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV with Chromecast. There’s a beautiful open plan kitchen with dining table for 8 and incredible views to the sea. It's a fantastic space for you to enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, 4-zone induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, and dishwasher.
Step outside onto the terrace and take in the amazing views of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. The front terrace is equipped with a lounge set, perfect for soaking up the sun.

One clear improvement would be to have air conditioning installed in all the bedrooms.
We fully understand that this is not within your control, but unfortunately, the neighbor to the house repeatedly complained about noise throughout our stay. We asee more

We absolutely respect that living next to a rental property can be challenging at times, but with two small children enjoying the pool, some level of playful noise and laughter is inevitable. We truly did our best to keep the children quiet and maintain a low noise level, but we still received complaints. This made it difficult for us to fully relax, and on several occasions, we chose to leave the house during the day to avoid further issues. It has left us wondering whether the house might be more suited for adult guests. That said, the house rules state that quiet hours begin after 10 PM, which we interpreted to mean that reasonable daytime noise — such as children playing in the pool — would be acceptable. |
