Enter through the gate onto the private driveway and step into the welcoming hallway. On your left, you’ll find the first bedroom featuring two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. Conveniently located down the hall is a separate bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Ascend the internal staircase from the hall to the main living room. This space is designed for relaxation, offering a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, and air conditioning. From here, you have direct access to a large, sunny terrace with breathtaking sea views. The terrace is perfect for dining and unwinding, complete with a dining table and two hanging chairs to lounge in.
Inside, there’s also a dining area with seating for 8 persons and air conditioning. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, and kettle.
On this level, you’ll find three additional bedrooms. First, a spacious master bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and terrace access. And the second and third bedroom both with two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe.

A Spanish holiday villa in Benissa Costa, Costa Blanca for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kick off your shoes and relax. Because you made it! We want to cordially welcome you to Villa Etro, a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom villa in Benissa Costa. The home comes fully furnished with every essential amenity that can be expected of a home. A fabulous Spanish renovated home. The perfect place for a family vacation or a dream getaway with friends. The house is divided into two floors, which can be reached by an internal staircase. After a long day exploring the Costa Blanca, you can come home to relax in the amazing distinctive design back yard with kitchen and BBQ grill, private saltwater swimming pool (10x5) and outside shower. You even have the option to have the pool heated (see conditions below). On the top floor you will find two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchen. The open living, dining area, and kitchen area of modern design with ample seating, a smart TV and free WIFI (fiber) and are a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday. For our culinary guests, the modern kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, a refrigerator & freezer and a breakfast bar. Both bedrooms are cosily furnished and one time equipped with 1 double bed and in the other bedroom 2 single beds, air conditioning for cooling and heating and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is located in the hallway and is equipped with a rain shower, toilet and sink. When you take the stairs down you will enter the third bedroom. Both bedrooms on this floor are, just like upstairs, comfortably furnished with a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. And then you will find a kitchen with sufficient counter space and built-in appliances where you can prepare the most delicious meals! To top it all off, the villa has a washer/dryer, outside toilet, parking and central heating throughout the house.
