Lovingly renovated and newly furnished throughout, Casa Espadán is a stylish, welcoming holiday home for up to four guests. Just 100 metres from the sea and Playa Platgetes, and 500 metres from Playa de L'Ampolla, it offers a wonderful setting for a relaxed Mediterranean holiday. The lively centre of Moraira, bars and restaurants are also an easy walk away.
A thoughtful welcome package awaits your arrival, including coffee, wine, beer and water, so you can settle in and start enjoying your stay straight away. Guests staying seven nights or more also receive a Rituals gift package.

The air-conditioned living room features a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, JBL Bluetooth speaker and dining area. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, combination microwave and oven, fridge-freezer and L'OR coffee machine. A washing machine, toaster and kettle are also provided, and the kitchen tap has an osmosis filtration function for purified drinking water.

French doors open onto a covered terrace with comfortable lounge seating and sea views — an inviting spot for breakfast or a quiet drink. A few steps lead down to the private garden, where a gas barbecue, outdoor dining area and sun loungers make it easy to enjoy long afternoons outdoors.
At the front of the house, an additional seating area offers another place to unwind, with free parking directly outside.

Upstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed consisting of two individual mattresses and built-in wardrobes. The air conditioning provides both cooling and heating. One bedroom also opens onto a private balcony with lounge seating and beautiful sea views.
The modern bathroom includes a shower, washbasin and toilet.

A large communal swimming pool with a children's area is just 50 metres from the house. Four beach chairs and two parasols are available for your trips to the nearby beaches, and free high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay.

2: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
6: This accommodation is equipped with an alarm system. Its use is optional but provides extra security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, feel free to contact us!
