The kitchen features a ceramic 4-hob stove, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and hand mixer. A separate toilet on this level ensures convenience, along with a pantry housing a laundry machine and dryer for added comfort.
There are four bedrooms in total. Ascend the stairs from the living room to find three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a bath/shower combination, sink, bidet, and toilet. Bedroom 2 features two single beds, a ceiling fan, and a wardrobe, while bedroom 3 offers a pull-out bed for two persons, a ceiling fan, and a wardrobe.
