As you step inside, you’ll find a bright and open plan living and dining area. The dining table seats six, providing ample space for enjoying meals with your loved ones. Relax on the comfortable sofa while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV or cozy up by the fireplace during cooler evenings. The airconditioning ensures a pleasant temperature throughout the year.
Adjacent to the living area is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with bar. There’s a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso and citrus press. Additionally, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor for your convenience.
Moving upstairs, you’ll discover the master bedroom, with double bed, fitted wardrobe, airconditioning, and access to a sunny balcony. There’s an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
The other two bedrooms are both furnished with double beds, airconditioning, and fitted wardrobes. A separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink is conveniently located near these bedrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.

A homely holiday bungalow in Calpe, Costa Blanca for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Casa Alis is a beautiful, naturally styled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, located in a friendly communal complex. It has two levels connected by an internal staircase and benefits of a private backyard. It’s the perfect holiday home to relax and enjoy with family and friends.
The open-plan living area is tastefully decorated and features a dining area and a lounge with 3-seat sofa and smart tv. The lounge leads to the lovely outside terrace with two sun beds and outdoor dining table for 6 persons. From here you have direct access to the communal gardens and pool.
The open kitchen with bar is equipped with all the essentials like fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, microwave, Cafissimo coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 is downstairs and has one double bed, a large build-in wardrobe, and ceiling fan. There’s also a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Upstairs we find the other bedrooms. On our left is bedroom 2, which is equipped with two single beds, hot/cold airconditioning, ceiling fan, and fitted wardrobes. Down the hall we find bathroom 2, with a bath/shower combination, toilet, bidet and two-person sink.

Unfortunately the downsides can’t be improved such as the path that runs along side the villa next to the low wall, allowing people to look directly in on you if they walk by. The villa is semi detached and the walls very thin so you can hear your nesee more
