Relax on the comfortable sofa while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV or cozy up by the fireplace during cooler evenings. The airconditioning ensures a pleasant temperature throughout the year.
Adjacent to the living area is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with bar. There’s a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso and citrus press. Additionally, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor for your convenience.

The Villa is set in Empedrola which is a quiet area set back from Calpe with stunning Mountain View’s.

The villa is very modern and furnished beautifully. Everything from the cutlery & glasses to the beds is high end quality which makes you feel your staying somewhere special.

Unfortunately the downsides can’t be improved such as the path that runs along side the villa next to the low wall, allowing people to look directly in on you if they walk by. The villa is semi detached and the walls very thin so you can hear your nesee more
