29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

This modern apartment for up to 4 guests features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private parking space and a communal swimming pool. It’s the ideal holiday destination!
Located on the ground floor, the apartment has direct access to the communal garden with palm trees, flowers and pool. There's also a sunny patio with seating and sunbeds. The private terrace of the apartment has a dining table and comfortable lounge set.
Inside, the living room offers two luxurious sofas, a smart TV with ‘’NL Ziet’’, British channels, Netflix, and a Bluetooth speaker. The dining area seats 4.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machines, toaster, kettle, juicer, microwave, and kitchenware.

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
4: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
- This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (Up to 21 years) - No smoking - Animals are admitted to this accommodation, except for dangerous animals. Admitted animals with weight up to 10Kg.
