29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

This beautiful and modern holiday apartment Spanish Dream is located in the Plaza Mayor residence. The complex is located at 150 m from the playa Arenal. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Are you looking for nice boutiques, restaurants, cafés? A 2 minutes walk and you are in the main street Gabriel Miro. Plaza Mayor complex is located between the beach and the old town with countless alleys where the old culture is still present.
Apartment Spanish Dream is fully furnished and equipped with a built-in air conditioning system + infrared panels and extra heating for in the cold winter days. It has a spacious living room where you can use the sofa as a bed for two persons. Of course you can use the free WiFi or the TV with Spanish or Flemish television channels. Furthermore, the living room gives access to the balcony, overlooking the pool and the sea where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom has a shower with massage jets, toilet and sink. On the left in the hall you see the second bedroom with two single beds and a fitted wardrobe. On this side of the corridor you also have the second bathroom. This bathroom has a toilet and bidet, sink and a bath-shower combination. . In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher and combi fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave, and kettle.
An ideal location to relax a bit and still not be disturbed by tourism along the beach. Quiet situation, no nightlife and yet at a footstep of everything. Suitable for young and old, cyclists, families and friends!

1: The communal swimming pool is open from 1 June to 15 October.
2: Smoking is NOT allowed in this apartment.
3: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. For this, an additional amount of € 50.00 must be paid upon arrival.
4: 200 kWh per week of electricity is included. Additional consumption is € 0,35 per kWh.
5: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
6: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

Additional notes
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
VAT included in the accommodation price
Pets not allowed.
Energy costs. The electricity consumption is charged separately at €0.35/kW. On the departure day, the amount will be subtracted from the deposit paid at the destination.
