29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

There are 3 bedrooms in total. One master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe space and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe and also access to a private balcony with a laundry machine. Finally, the third bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe space. Down the hall is a second bathroom, conveniently equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

2: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.
3: The communal pool is opened from: 09:00am to 22:00pm.
4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted.
5: The apartment is in a residential complex. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited.
6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
