We present Saeta 10B, a brand-new, modern apartment located in Calpe. This spacious apartment offers a blend of comfort and style, with a generous wrap-around balcony providing breathtaking views of the city, the iconic Peñon d’Ifach, and the sparkling ocean. Convenience is at your doorstep, with a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away and the beautiful beach reachable in only 10 minutes.

The second and third bedrooms each offer a double bed and wardrobe space. One of these bedrooms also has a small balcony where the laundry machine and dryer are conveniently located. The complex includes a large communal pool, a separate children’s pool, padel court, and a gym (not yet finished)—providing plenty of options for recreation and relaxation. A private parking spot in the garage is available for your convenience (please read the special parking note below). Additionally, there is a storage room, perfect for storing bikes or other stuff.

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted.
5: The apartment is in a residential complex. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited.
6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
