More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Sunny, spacious and with breath-taking views, El Gancho is a great place to enjoy your holiday. You can relax and unwind in the peaceful surroundings, or venture out to the coast with its many amenities in just a few minutes drive.
Upon entering this modern apartment, you immediately notice the bright and spacious living room and dining area. On the right is a fully equipped modern kitchen, with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich iron and citrus-juicer. And at the kitchen bar you can enjoy your morning coffee.
There’s a cosy lounge area with airconditioning, a 2,5 seat-sofa and a smart-tv to watch your favorite Netflix shows and movies for a relaxed evening. The dining table has place for 4 persons.
You can also choose to dine outside on the semi-covered terrace with far-reaching views towards Calpe. And after dinner, you can wind-down on the comfortable duo-seat lounge set.
The apartment has two bedrooms, both with airconditioning and access to the outside terrace. Bedroom 1 has one double bed, fitted wardrobes and is closest to bathroom 1, which has a walk-in shower, toilet and a sink.
Bedroom 2 is next to the living area and has two single beds and a build-in wardrobe. Opposite, we find bathroom 2 with shower, toilet, sink and a hair dryer.
And to complete your stay, there’s free Wi-Fi (optic fiber), a washing machine, a communal swimming pool and free covered parking in the garage.
