Paradero de Ifach, Sotavento is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea from your fifth floor terrace. This is your perfect beach getaway spot, decorated in casual, comfortable beachy style.
The condo’s living room is brightly lit, boasting floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that open onto a lovely terrace. Luckily, thanks to the glass curtains, you can also enjoy this terrace and the view in winter! The living room features a comfy sofa, coffee table, fiber internet and a wall-mounted TV with almost all channels worldwide! You also have a beautiful view over the Salinas, the habitat of the flamingos!
You can make everything from a simple snack to a gourmet meal in your private kitchen with all the bells and whistles. Not in the mood to cook? Convenient food and drinks are available at Paradero de Ifach’s restaurant itself. Especially for all residents of the two Paradero de Ifach complexes. But, there are also plenty of other restaurants and bars within walking distance for you to enjoy!
The master suite gives off a relaxed vibe. It has a king-size bed, build in wardrobe and a TV for entertainment, and sliding glass doors that access the second balcony. The bedroom’s private, en-suite bath has granite-topped vanities and a bath- shower combination. In the guest bedroom, you will find a queen-size bed, build in wardrobe, large window, and a flatscreen TV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a small built-in wardrobe. These two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway. The bathroom has a bath-shower combination, sink, toilet and bidet.
Another bonus of booking a stay at Sotavento is access to convenient amenities. Guests can take a swim in the refreshing swimming pool. The pools overlooks the beach, and includes a fun kid’s splashing area! The pool is in a great location right on the beach. And in the summer there is a small bar open where you can buy a refreshing drink or a nice ice cream! There is also direct access to the beach and there are separate showers and toilets for men and women.
For everyone’s convenience, there is a free parking lot, lift, small playground for children and a padel court in the complex. And the apartment has a washing machine, dryer and air conditioning throughout.

Excellent location between Les Salines (Salt lake) complete with Flamingos, and several fantastic beaches within 10 mins walk.

The private pool that overlooks the nearby beach is super clean and the largest around, albeit a bit too chilly for swimming in April. The beach chairs were a game changer ! CostaBlancaDreams were brilliant as always. |
