29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

No need to be cramped into hotels anymore or pay for two separate rooms. Our Superior location gives you access to it all – beach, shopping, dining and entertainment just steps away!
The stylish living and dining room at Capri is equipped with a comfortable sofa, dining table for 4 people and flat screen TV (no Spanish channels). In addition, you can enjoy TV Vlaanderen (Belgian channels), free WiFi and air conditioning.
Furthermore, from the living room you have access to your private balcony with a seating area and a beautiful view of the sea. The balcony is adjacent to the boulevard, so no cars are allowed. Here you can enjoy the sloshing sea and the babbling of the walkers.
Would you like to make your own breakfast or dine in the evening on the balcony with the sunset? The open kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary equipment, such as fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. So no problem!
The master bedroom suite has a double bed (160 x 190 cm), bedside tables, large wardrobe and, nevertheless, air-conditioning. In the other bedroom you will find two single beds, wardrobe and a portable air conditioning.
You can find the bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet in the hallway.
The apartment is located on the second floor. Unfortunately, the apartment complex does not have an elevator. On the other hand you have free parking in the town of Calpe near the apartment (200m)
Capri is luxuriously and stylishly furnished in a top location. Directly on the first line on the beautiful sandy Arenal beach in the center of Calpe. In addition, a little furry friend is even allowed! So what are you waiting for? Come and experience a great stay!
Please Note:
1: Smoking is NOT allowed in this apartment.
2: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. For this, an additional amount of € 50.00 must be paid upon arrival.
3: 200 kWh per week of electricity is included. Additional consumption is € 0,45 per kWh.
4: There is no elevator.
5: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
6: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.
7: You have one free parking space in the garage of Hotel SolyMar.
8: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

Additional notes
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
VAT included in the accommodation price
Energy costs. The electricity consumption is charged separately at €0.35/kW. On the departure day, the amount will be subtracted from the deposit paid at the destination.
