29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Open the balcony doors to bring in the Mediterranean breezes and enjoy the city life. Go up the stairs to the spacious rooftop terrace with a spectacular view over the city, the sea and mountains. Sit back and relax on the sun beds, or enjoy the sunset from the lounge area.
The living area is a great spot for lounging, to watch something on the Smart TV, or unwind with a good book! Share a meal and play some games at dining table that seats 6.
Whether you decide to eat out or stay in, the fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals to be enjoyed. There is a fridge, freezer, oven, 4-pit electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine, toaster and Italian coffee maker.
The master bedroom features a comfy double bed, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom is appointed with two single beds and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom in the hallway that is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
Calpe Bay Sunrisa has air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi internet to stay connected. There is one private parking space in the garage. And you can use the communal swimming pool.

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

Energy costs. The electricity consumption is charged separately at €0.35/kW. On the departure day, the amount will be subtracted from the deposit paid at the destination.
