This beautiful and modern holiday apartment, Spanish Dream, is located in the Plaza Mayor residence. The complex is just 150 metres from Arenal beach. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Looking for nice boutiques, restaurants or cafés? In just 2 minutes' walk you'll reach the main street, Gabriel Miró.
The Plaza Mayor complex is situated between the beach and the old town, with its numerous alleyways where you can still enjoy the charm and traditional culture of Calpe.
The Spanish Dream apartment is fully furnished and equipped with integrated air conditioning, infrared heating panels and additional heating for the coldest winter days. It has a spacious lounge with a sofa that can be used as a bed for two people. Of course, you can enjoy free Wi-Fi and television with Spanish or flamenco channels.
From the lounge you can access the balcony, with views of the pool and the sea, where you can relax in the evening whilst enjoying a glass of wine.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The en suite bathroom has a shower with massage jets, toilet and sink.
To the left of the hallway is the second bedroom, equipped with two single beds and a fitted wardrobe. On this side of the hallway is also the second bathroom, equipped with toilet and bidet, sink and bathtub with shower.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle.
An ideal location to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront promenade, yet with everything within easy reach. A quiet area, with no nightlife on the doorstep, but just a few steps from all services. Perfect for young and old, cyclists, families and friends!

1. The communal pool is open from 1 June to 15 October.
2. Smoking is not permitted in this apartment.
3. Two well-behaved dogs of up to 35 kg each are allowed. A supplement of €50.00 will be charged upon arrival.
4. The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to 4 people. Exceeding this capacity is not permitted.
5. Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.
6. This is a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap will be available upon arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself during your stay.
