The stylish living and dining room at Capri is equipped with a comfortable sofa, dining table for 4 people and flat screen TV (no Spanish channels). In addition, you can enjoy TV Vlaanderen (Belgian channels), free WiFi and air conditioning.

Furthermore, from the living room you have access to your private balcony with a seating area and a beautiful view of the sea. The balcony is adjacent to the boulevard, so no cars are allowed. Here you can enjoy the sloshing sea and the babbling of the walkers.

Would you like to make your own breakfast or dine in the evening on the balcony with the sunset? The open kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary equipment, such as fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. So no problem!

The master bedroom suite has a double bed (160 x 190 cm), bedside tables, large wardrobe and, nevertheless, air-conditioning. In the other bedroom you will find two single beds, wardrobe and a portable air conditioning.

You can find the bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet in the hallway.

The apartment is located on the second floor. Unfortunately, the apartment complex does not have an elevator. On the other hand you have free parking in the town of Calpe near the apartment (200m)

Capri is luxuriously and stylishly furnished in a top location. Directly on the first line on the beautiful sandy Arenal beach in the center of Calpe. In addition, a little furry friend is even allowed! So what are you waiting for? Come and experience a great stay!

2: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. For this, an additional amount of € 50.00 must be paid upon arrival.

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
5: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.
6: You have one free parking space in the garage of Hotel SolyMar.
7: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
8: We strive to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, please note that occasional works or noise from the surrounding area may occur and are beyond our control.

This lovely Morello apartment is located in Calpe. A perfect location for families, couples, elderly and business travelers. The apartment has been created for your comfort, in the hope of giving you a feeling of home from the minute you open the door.

The Morello living room is comfortably furnished with a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4 people. Also a smart TV, free WIFI, heating via radiators and air conditioning. And nevertheless, sliding doors to the covered terrace with beautiful sea views and views over the Salinas (salt lake with flamingos).

The big terrace is located on the southwest corner which provides you with full sun from morning to beautiful sunset. Making this your favorite place during your vacation.

The fully appointed kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all of the utensils that would be found at home. In short, you don’t have to go outside for a delicious meal! But a few steps away you will find enough restaurants. So the choice is yours!

The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. In addition, the bedroom has also a private walk-out to the terras. Furthermore, the ensuite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and a toilet.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning. In the hallway you will find the bathroom with a sink and toilet.

How about a refreshing plunge in the grand sparkling pool? The apartment complex has a communal outdoor swimming pool (17 x 7 m) with a children’s pool.

Apartment Morello is on the fifth floor. It has a well-kept entrance with a lift. In addition, parking is available on site in a private, one-car garage. And for your convenience, this apartment also has a washing machine that you can use.
