Walking into the apartment, we find the open plan kitchen on the right. It provides a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer (efficiently fitted under the bar).
Adjacent to the kitchen is the lounge with a 3-sit sofa and flat-screen smart tv. The perfect place to unwind and relax with your favorite series and movies. From here, you also have direct access to the covered terrace with amazing views and a comfortable lounge set and table with four chairs.
Around the corner of the living area, we find a separate modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and electric towel heater. The bedroom is spacious and bright, with one large double bed, built-in wardrobe and a cozy ensuite terrace to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
The apartment has airconditioning throughout, free Wifi (optic fiber) and a private parking in the garage. Lastly, and not to be missed, there is a large communal swimming pool to cool-down during a sunny day.

I had a few issues with the apartment during my month long stay but Loraine and the team were brilliant at both responding to me as well as trying to sort the issues. We all understand that issues can arise and so the important thing is how well theysee more
I had a few issues with the apartment during my month long stay but Loraine and the team were brilliant at both responding to me as well as trying to sort the issues. We all understand that issues can arise and so the important thing is how well they are dealt with and for this I score 10/10. The apartment is well located between the 2 main beaches with it being around a 20 minute walk into the main part of Calpe along a very attractive promenade, dotted with restaurants and apartments. If I was to return to Calpe though I would look to stay in the centre as in winter, a fair few of the restaurants were closed. The views from the living room are truly spectacular and the apartment is filled with light and despite the huge windows, felt very private. The large terrace is mainly north facing however and so in winter is perhaps too cold to make use of as remains in shade all day. However the balcony off the bedroom is south west facing and is a real sun trap from mid morning.
