Cute, modern and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment on the second floor in the building Calpe Beach 1 in Calpe. Beautifully new apartment with all the modern finishes, ideally positioned & ready for a couple or family to explore the best Costa Blanca has to offer. Leave the car and walk to local cafes and restaurants or enjoy some boutique shopping in Calpe shopping precinct.
This bright and spacious living room with many windows has the perfect aspect to enjoy a home away from home and comes complete with new fully ducted air conditioning, smart tv, free wifi and comfortable furniture.
There is access from the open plan living and dining area to the large balcony. Enjoy the outdoors, gaze at the Mediterranean Sea and relax after a day of sightseeing.
Calpe Beach 1 features a gourmet kitchen, appliances including dishwasher, cook top, microwave, washing machine, oven and range hood, a microwave, a fridge & coffee machine. Although the necessary items to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal are present, there are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance! So the choice is yours!
The master bedroom features a great comfortable bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also equipped with a comfortable bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. The third bedroom has a sofa bed and a small wardrobe. The bathroom for these two bedrooms can be found in the hallway. This is also equipped with a shower.
The complex has a communal grassed courtyard area around the sparkling pool, the pool also has a fantastic wading area for children to swim. To provide your holiday with all the comforts, you can safely park 1 car in the underground car park.

Loraine est réactive et fournit des instructions claires. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. il faut juste penser à emporter des ciseaux, du sopalin, huile et vinaigre, sucre, éponge, liquide vaisselle et dosettes LV.
